Business Continuity Plan Disclosure
Pflueger & Baerwald Inc. has developed a business continuity plan in preparation for any type of business disruption or disaster, including our facility becoming uninhabitable for long or short periods of time. We have identified the steps necessary to resume business and recover necessary client information in the event of such an occurrence. Pflueger & Baerwald Inc. has received the business continuity plans from our critical service providers. Our goal is to provide prompt recovery in the event of a disaster or systems failure.
Our business continuity plan provides for continued service in the event our main office is unable to conduct business. Critical systems are maintained offsite and are backed up fully on a nightly basis. In the event of a business disruption or disaster, you may continue to contact us at (415) 421-4171. If no one is available to answer your call immediately, please leave a message and a staff member will return your call as quickly as possible in order to answer your questions and to continue to provide you with full financial services.
Pflueger & Baerwald Inc. regularly reviews its business continuity plan and will update the plan in the event of any material change to our operations, structure, business or location. The current business continuity plan disclosure will be provided to you upon request.
